Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join the team.On offer is the chance to work in a fun, fast paced and incentivised environment, where you will be part of a valued team with significant scope for development & progression in a fast-growing company.
You will be reporting into a Business Development Manager, and will be based at our office in Leeds, LS15.
There is an opportunity for hybrid working on successful completion of probationary period.Develop new business leads, working from databases and through own research and development
Demonstrate ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email and telephone conferencing to discover and qualify their business needs
Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity in our CRM system
Via a development and progression programme you will learn to take ownership of your own success through the delivery of sales excellence, with autonomy to initiate and develop opportunities & relationships
Proficient in managing sales pipeline using CRM systems
~ Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
~ Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems and Linkedin / Sales Navigator
~ Excellent communication and networking skills
