    Principal Manufacturing Engineer

    In this role, you will wield the reins of an equipment team in manufacturing, ensuring seamless project and functional workflows, all while adhering to strict timelines. Your portfolio will include spearheading continuous improvement initiatives, representing the manufacturing cohort in various forums, and ultimately steering the successful delivery of your team's contributions.

    What We Seek


    • A formal technical Engineering/Craft Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21)


    • Formal further education certificate to HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject


    • Alternatively, a BEng in a relevant Engineering Degree


    • Ability to navigate tasks with minimal supervision


    • A deep well of motivation and enthusiasm, pivotal in cultivating a high-performing team


    • Exhibit a proactive mindset towards enhancing manufacturing processes


    • Establish yourself as a focal point for manufacturing queries within the deployed team


    • Proficient in people leadership, adept at engaging in effective team and individual dialogues


    • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing systems such as "ERP"
