    Job Description:

    • Conducting full-cycle recruitment processes for construction industry positions
    • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
    • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
    • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
    • Negotiating and presenting job offers to successful candidates
