Position: Workday UK Benefits & Core Compensation Specialist
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Location: UK – 100% Remote Working
Salary: £68,000 - £75,000 Base Salary PLUS Bonus & great Benefits package

Skills & Experience Required:
3+ Years Experience with Workday UK Benefits & Workday Core Compensation
Workday Training/Fundamentals/Pro/SI Certifications advantageous
Strong Configuration experience required
A true passion to be a Comp/Bens specialist in the Workday ecosystem
Excellent Stakeholder communication skills – the ability to change approach, face off to some challenging stakeholders, work alongside the business to see maximum gain from the system
BAU/Post Go-live support, optimisation, new features, releases required
