About The Service
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Into Work Advice Service. The Into Work Advice Service supports individuals who are looking for work or to upskill.

The team is dispersed across the city supporting customers who require one to one personalised employment, training, learning or digital support.

About the job
The Community Inclusion Officer will be part of our Digital Skills Team. The role will involve engaging with external partners to promote training / learning delivered by the Digital Skills team.

The Community Inclusion Officer will take a lead on producing workshop materials, delivering Digital Social Clubs, and assisting with the Tablet Gifting Scheme to help those customers affected by digital deprivation and exclusion.

What We Are Looking For From You
You will have experience of communicating effectively with partners, potential learners and stakeholders. You will have experience of working within a community or learning background.

This post is temporary until 31/03/2024.

Evening and/or weekend working may be required.
