    Description

    Hire Resolve's client, an established and reputable accounting firm, is seeking a skilled Audit Senior to join their dynamic team. As an Audit Senior, you will play a crucial role in providing audit and assurance services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing audit engagements, as well as reviewing financial statements and identifying areas for improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage audit engagements for clients across various industries
    • Plan, execute, and complete audits in accordance with auditing standards and regulations
    • Review and analyse financial statements and supporting documentation
    • Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements to internal controls
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to audit staff
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in accounting standards

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
    • ACA or ACCA qualified
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in external auditing
    • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
