- Fully own Amazon Freight Operations labor planning workstream, create innovative solutions using data and constantly improve labor planning modelling while ensuring alignment with business strategy and balancing with tactical business needs.
- Take a big-picture approach and proactively drive productivity improvement programs of Amazon Freight Operations teams, deliver independently on agreed targets within agreed timelines
- Own productivity measurement and reporting mechanisms, develop next level of productivity metrics (by shifts, by country, by team), deliver ad hoc productivity reporting and analytical deep-dives.
- Own root cause analysis for any labor or productivity measurement issues, have strong business acumen with experience of managing key performance indicators.
- Work alongside senior leadership and influence diverse stakeholders with different priorities. Spot and assess risks, escalate appropriately. Partnering with commercial, product and finance teams to ensure efficient and on-time program implementation. Impact cross-region teams, interact with Amazon Freight North America and wider Surface Transportation teams in Europe to align on best business practices.
