    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join this esteemed team.

    As a key member of the firm, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and strategic guidance on a wide range of commercial real estate matters.


    Responsibilities:


    Lead and manage complex commercial real estate transactions from inception to completion, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, financing, and development projects.

    Provide legal counsel and negotiate agreements, contracts, and leases on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments to identify potential issues and devise effective solutions.
    Advise clients on property investment strategies, asset management, and portfolio optimization.
    Collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and counterparties to facilitate successful outcomes.
    Stay abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and market dynamics to provide proactive and strategic advice to clients.
    Mentor junior associates and contribute to their professional development through guidance, training, and knowledge sharing.


    Requirements:


    Qualified solicitor with extensive experience (6+ years) in commercial/corporate real estate law, preferably gained at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.

    Membership in the Law Society of England and Wales is preferred.
    Strong expertise in handling a broad spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and financing.
    Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
    Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
    Demonstrated leadership abilities with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
    Membership in the Law Society of England and Wales or equivalent professional body is preferred.
