    What you will be doing

    We have a new opportunity with our client. They are looking for a Partner level Real Estate Tax Lawyer ,operating an ongoing interim basis .

    This role requires immediate availability . The client are flexible in terms of working patterns and are open to hybrid/fully remote working. Ideally, you will be able to work full-time although the client is open to considering applications from candidates available to work 4 days a week .

    Who you are

    A passionate legal professional looking to move away from the traditional way of working in the legal industry. You will be interested in taking on new challenges and are open to learning more about this new and exciting market. You like being in charge of your own time.

    You will have experience advising a broad range of clients on all aspects of property investment, development, finance and funds work. You will be at home advising UK and non-UK resident clients in relation to a range of direct and indirect taxes, including SDLT, VAT and business rates.

    You will be a qualified England & Wales solicitor.

    You want to be part of an active and engaged community of lawyers who are bucking the trend and discovering new ways of making work fit with modern lifestyle choices.
