- Externally responsible for dealing directly with customers as a point of escalation/support for the Senior Commercial Account Manager and Commercial Account Managers, to receive customer orders, offer advice, and support in relation to relevant Commercial Services offerings in a timely manner and with a professional attitude .
- Internally responsible for liaising with the relevant service groups to obtain details and solutions to customer requirements within the set SLAs to enhance organisational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for management and development of the Commercial Services team with a continuous improvement focus .
- To set-up and manage KPI's in relation to customer satisfaction and OTIF and associated measures.
- To manage the departmental key metrics including analysis of data for communication in monthly reporting.
- To ensure customer expectations and perceptions of PCI Pharma's Commercial Services activities are maintained to high standards
- To ensure the team responds promptly to customer enquiries ensuring timely and accurate information.
- To handle and resolve customer complaints (interacting with internal support groups and QA)
- To ensure timely Order Processing within SAGE LINE 500 including all relevant information to allow data gathering in relation to internal and external KPIs .
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated internal resource.
- Ensure team maintain records of customer interactions (telecons, business review meetings etc.), enquires, comments and transactions and actions taken.
- Follow-up on customer interactions.
- To continuously learn about organisational product and services, keeping up to date with any changes.
- Continually developing systems and procedures throu gh continuous improvements, benchmarking against "best in class" organisations in a bid to enhance performance.
- To comply with all Company Policies and management instructions relating to internal and external Health & Safety, Environmental Standards and operational requirements as required
- To support management of team performance and absence standards, including coaching, counselling and disciplinary measures as required . To conduct performance appraisal and to set targets and objectives for direct reports.
- To supervise and manage the training requirements within the group to ensure business needs are met, identifying self-development needs in conjunction with HR, developing training plans and budgets.
- To undertake such tasks and to manage specific internal or ad hoc projects as and when required to meet department and business needs and within the scope of the job-holder's capabilities and responsibilities .
