    D7 Recruitment are currently on the look out for entry level health and safety professionals who are looking to develop their careers

    Location:
    This role is project based role and does involve travel across the UK


    As a HSE Support you will be responsible for supporting the HSE Manager on client sites with administration duties which supports the health and safety of a client project.


    This role offers a clear pathway to becoming an HSE Manager, featuring structured professional development and mentorship for career advancement in health and safety management.


    Comply with directions given by the HSE Manager to enable compliance to management system or that of the client or Principal Contractor.


    • Complete and retain all associated paperwork with on a client site including but not limited to permit issuing, RAMS reviews, collection of statutory insurance documents and training certificates.
    • Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings with all contractors associated with the project.
    • Support the HSE Manager with incident investigations and gather information to identify the root cause.
    • Work with contractors to enable world class health and safety by supporting them to ensure a safe method of working is always established.
    • Support the HSE Manager to carry out daily audits and inspections.
    • Work cooperatively with the HSE Manager to ensure the effective, efficient and safe running of the project.
    • Involvement in project work or continuous improvement initiatives.
    Excellent IT skills (Microsoft office)


    • Able to react quickly and efficiently to changing demands
    • NEBOSH General certificate
    • Previous experience in a health and safety
