What you'll do:

This is a critical role within the Manufacturing Procurement Function. You will support the needs and demands of our key manufacturing sites (Inhouse and 3rd Party).
You will be responsible for planning your categories and challenging pricing and lead times to deliver Manufacturing requirements.
Working closely with planning and production to meet ever changing manufacturing needs, to ensure suppliers are driving to meet SLA and KPIs.
You will always remaining curious and continually challenge and develop the supply chain to secure supply and streamline and where necessary bring on new suppliers to meet demand of current manufacturing and NPI requirements. By holding our suppliers responsible for delivery performance, you will develop plans where necessary for continuous improvement and performance management.
In this role you will have close engagement with Global Procurement Category Teams, Engineering and New Product Development and requires to be a key influencer in this arena.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and strive to deliver excellence though procurement practices and stakeholder engagement. You will have a track record of delivering added value to tight timelines as well as working efficiently and smart. Providing an enhanced customer service internally and externally with strong stakeholder engagement across all levels of an organisation.
Ideally you will have a CIPS or Supply Chain qualification.
Strong inventory management experience
MRP Experience from a fastpaced manufacturing environment
You will have strong analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools
Experience in a busy and dynamic procurement environment
Solutions driven problemsolver
