Residential Building Surveyor:
Come and work with us as a Residential Building Surveyor and / or Valuer.
We are a young, multi-disciplinary Building Surveying company based in South Yorkshire, with plans to grow and serve the wider Yorkshire region, and North of England.
Established in 2021 Honeywell Survey & Design Ltd. - We operate to the highest technical and professional standards in the residential and commercial surveying market. We have established ourselves as a high-quality firm, with a great local reputation.
Having worked in both commercial and residential sectors, our Director understands the importance of placing people first.
Honeywell Survey & Design Ltd will operate a flexible working environment to suit the individual, with a host of dedicated support staff and easy access to the director to support each and every employee.
We have embraced technology and new working practices, to ensure the quality of output and client satisfaction is not compromised.
We use on-site data capture software, using an iPad for data collection, and report write-up. We ensure all equipment used is of the highest quality. Snagging Inspections, Level 2 Homebuyers and Level 3 Building surveys on a wide range of property types.Depending on experience, the surveyor may also have opportunity to undertake a host of different work types, for example, Party Wall Services, Dilapidations, Schedules of Conditions, Stock Condition Surveying, Measured Surveys, Project Design and more as the business develops its client portfolio.
This will primarily be a home-based role, with an office local to Barnsley available when desired and required.You will be invited to attend the office on the last working day of each month, to; Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience.
