- Leads and assures procurement activities within Property, including the design, analysis & evaluation of tenders.
- Provide guidance the business on the correct routes to market.
- Support the development of Property, Facilities Management and Utilities category strategies.
- Be a subject matter expert, providing category knowledge and insight to support industry best-practice and continuous improvement.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to aid cross-group collaboration.
- Leads on contract management activity, for example managing contract variations, KPIs and strategic relationships.
- Someone with a proven track record of conducting procurement activity.
- Experience of developing and delivering category strategies.
- An analytical mind-set, with strong commercial acumen.
- Someone who builds cooperation and communication between teams and/or functions to enable collaboration.
- Someone who seeks to build cross-cultural competency and helps others understand the business value of diversity.
- Expert membership of IACCM, MRICS or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience of managing OJEU procurement activity or procurement activity in a similarly regulated environment, preferably with experience in property or FM.
