    Description

    The Channel Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) B2C and B2B programs (InComm Connect) throughout the EMEA region, encompassing program setup, maintenance & support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute initial program configurations in multiple systems which are part of the transaction/order/fulfilment process.
    • Perform product set-up and configurations including managing the delivery and submission of all necessary digital assets (copy text, images, etc.)
    • Provide internal & external customer support on all technical and process issues; maintaining documentation and training material; providing training on system and program functionality to external and internal stakeholders
    • Coordinate of external service providers and vendors (e.g. payment service providers, fulfilment houses, marketing agencies, etc.) and process support
    • Support improvement & system development projects via QA & UAT testing
    • Maintain operational KPIs and delivering standard and custom reports to internal & external stakeholders on operational program parameters such orders and distribution

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in managing and administering SaaS programs or other technical platforms
    • Ability to work well as part of a region-wide team
    • Efficient and proactive
    • Highly organized with acute attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritise tasks while managing several projects & tasks simultaneously
    • Willingness to take ownership and drive projects from end to end
    • Ability to adapt in an ever-changing business environment
    • Willingness to learn and ambition to be successful
    • Highly proficient with technical systems and programs
    • Must speak English, German and other languages a plus
