    We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Investment Banking team in London and contribute their skills to the success of our company.

    The Healthcare investment banking division assists corporate clients in the Healthcare sector with financial advice, funding access, and transaction expertise across various investment banking services.

    The Healthcare Group serves a wide range of health industry participants, including managed care companies, life sciences firms, hospitals, and medical device manufacturers.

    Role Responsibilities

    Our Associates are key in enhancing client relationships, collaborating on advisory teams, and participating in financial transactions. Their duties encompass creating and evaluating financial models, organizing client presentations, managing transaction processes, and aiding in transaction structuring. They will acquire insights into the company's operations, broaden their understanding of investment banking, and improve their analytical, communication, and marketing skills.

    Associates develop financial models, conduct tailored company valuation analyses, and actively engage in M&A deals and equity and fixed income offerings. They prepare presentations outlining industry trends, evaluate clients' positions to offer financial guidance, and propose strategies to achieve client objectives. Additionally, Associates oversee teams of tax professionals, lawyers, and bankers for diverse transactions; lead due diligence processes, and contribute extensively to legal document negotiations. From maintaining client relations to assisting Goldman Sachs in structuring client deals, our Associates play a fundamental role within the bank's investment division.

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE SEEKING

    Basic Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in investment banking or a related field
    • Track record of exceptional academic and professional accomplishments
    • Strong team player with proven ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and regions
