Marketing Team AdministratorReporting to:
Senior Director, Marketing & Digital Content
Temp/Perm:
Temporary possibility of going permanent dependent on performance and business need
FT/PT:
Full-time 4 days office based 1 day from home
The successful candidate for this role will support the Sports & Entertainment marketing team with its day-to-day responsibilities, assisting in relieving administrative tasks from senior members.
Provide essential support in the day-to-day operations of the marketing team.Manage office sports & entertainment samples, ensuring tidy storage and organisation.
Handle administrative tasks such as Purchase Order management, senior staff expenses, and event planning.
Well-organised and flexible team-player.
Proficient in MS Office applications with a solid understanding of PowerPoint.
Minimum of 2 years of office experience, preferably more.
Relevant work experience in a similar role.
Capable of managing multiple projects/tasks on a daily/weekly basis.
