Whilst having autonomy for developing a robust pipeline and closing new business, the successful candidate will be supported by a close-knit team; a highly developed prospect list and tried and tested approach to winning new business.
Actively drive the sales activity and processes in relation to winning new business.Supported by the wider sales team, execute strategies to develop and grow a network of relationships among prospects decision makers.
New business pipeline development.Work with colleagues across the WTW business to move businesses through the sales process, identifying needs and supporting added value at all stages.
Ensure that full and accurate details of contact with and development of all prospects are entered and updated on WTW CRM systems.
