    Financial Reporting Manager City of London location (3 days in office) Seeking a diligent Financial Reporting Manager who can: assist prep of consolidated group annual, interim and quarterly accounts; work across IFRS and various global standards; assist subsidiary annual statement prep; technical accounting papers; balance sheet review; liaise with auditors; control environment

    Description

    City of London location (3 days in office)

    • Manage and oversee the financial reporting process (namely both group consolidated annual, interim and quarterly accounting as well as assisting subsidiary annual statement preparation)
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (IFRS, local international GAAP and FRS standards) - technical accounting papers
    • Prepare financial reports and statements with a balance sheet review
    • Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department to achieve financial objectives
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial needs
    • Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvements
    • Manage financial risks and opportunities (full control environment overview)
    • Liaise with auditors

    Profile

    A successful Financial Reporting Manager should have:

    • An educational qualification in finance or a related field
    • Ideally an Ex Big 4 backdrop prior to their move to a bank/broker but practice isn't essential - industry exposure is
    • Experience in managing financial reporting processes
    • Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards (IFRS and GAAP)
    • Ability to prepare accurate financial reports and statements

    Job Offer
