- Provide comprehensive IT support to internal employees, resolving hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain Zoho applications, including customisation, integration, and automation with our provider.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure via our I.T supplier.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Handling requests and responses, Java or Python programming, web application development, basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be advantageous
- Proficiency in database management and SQL queries.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
