    Description

    Duties and responsibilities

    Applicants should have extensive experience in the following areas:

    • Providing regulatory affairs expertise to clients for their development programmes.
    • Utilizing senior regulatory affairs experience in various areas for client projects.
    • Supporting BD and Marketing efforts for company growth, including client pitches and social media involvement.
    • Contributing to the growth of tranScrip's regulatory strategy capabilities.
    • Being client-facing and proactive in driving new business opportunities.
    • Focusing on EU, UK, and US geographical regions.

    Experience

    • Leading a team of Regulatory Affairs managers.
    • Applying expertise in product development regulatory strategy.
    • Advising clients strategically across different product development stages and geographies.
    • Demonstrating leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
    • Supporting BD efforts, including social media activities.

    Qualifications

    • Life science degree or higher.

    Personal attributes

    • Being an influencer of company culture.
    • Understanding the operations of a small business and how their actions impact it.
    • Working efficiently and proactively, driven by growth and delivering quality work to clients.
    • Thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
