    Description

    The Rocket Science Group is a co-development game studio specializing in multiplayer, platform services, publishing technology, and live operations for PC, console, and mobile titles.

    We have teams in Europe and North America and work in partnership with the game industry's top creators.

    We're looking for an IT Specialist to join our hardworking team and help us scale our internal operations In this role, you'll draw upon your past experience to help us plan and roll out an IT strategy capable of supporting our growing organization across two continents.

    You'll work alongside our larger Workplace Team to ensure that our engineers have the equipment and tools they need to develop some of the biggest games in the world.

    You'll also have the opportunity to not only work directly with our partners to meet the needs of individual projects, but also learn from other teams in the company as they create and maintain video game tools and platforms.

    And while we don't require prior game company experience for this role, our ideal candidates will still possess a passion for gaming
    This is a hybrid role to be based in Cardiff, UK.
    Define the IT standards for a fast-growing company.
    Support our teams' desktop and laptop hardware and software.
    Support software development tools.
    Procurement of IT services and equipment.
    Proven proficiency in supporting IT infrastructure.
    Passion for solving hardware and software problems.
    Experience in running and supporting office networks.
    Knowledge of automation and scripting languages.
    Experience managing online business collaboration tools.
