    Description

    UK Based International Service Engineer - Large Reciprocating / Piston Engines / Generators - Oil & Gas - £35-40k salary plus travel/shift allowance - c£80K all in p/annum - Rapidly Growing Business - Excellent progression opportunity.

    Are you a CHP / Gas Engine / Generator / Diesel Engine / HGV Mechanic who has the ability to fully strip, rebuild and overhaul large reciprocating/piston engines?
    Are you open to working internationally or offshore for up to 21 days at a time, sometimes with as little as 24 hours notice?

    Would you like to work for a business who can offer a true 50/50 work to life split? If you are away for 2 weeks, they'll make sure you get to spend the same amount of time at home whenever possible.

    Would you be happy with a role where the basic + travel shift allowance is c. £80kp/a? On top of that, the overall benefits and progression opportunities are significant as well

    If so, this opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation, who boast ownership of more engines in the North Sea than any other business in the UK, are adding to their Service team.

    What you need.

    Expereience of big engines - you need to be able to exhibit mechanical maintenance plus the ability to overhaul, strip down and fully re-build any type of large reciprocating/piston engines.

    To be able to travel internationally, sometimes with little notice for up to 21 days at a time.
    High attention to detail.
    Experience in the oil & gas or marine sector would be advantageous but not essential.
    To have full right to live and remain in the UK without a visa or sponsorship
    A full UK driving Licence
