As part of this growth we are seeking an experiencedHousing Disrepair Litigator to join our clients dynamicteam.

    PositionOverview:

    Our clientare looking for a skilled and dedicated Housing Disrepair Litigatorto join their expanding team in Liverpool. The successful candidatewill play a key role in managing and litigating a caseload relatedto housing conditions and EPA cases. As a prominent player in thefield our client are seeking individuals with a minimum of 4 yearsof experience in a volume background demonstrating a strongunderstanding of housing disrepairlitigation.

    Requirements

    1. 1.CaseloadManagement:Effectively manage a litigated caseload related to housingdisrepaircases.
    2. 2.LegalRepresentation:Provide expert legal representation for clients in courtproceedings andhearings.
    3. 3.ClientConsultation:Consult with clients to understand their needs provide legal adviceand update them on caseprogress.
    4. 4.LegalResearch:Stay informed about relevant laws regulations and precedentsrelated to housing disrepairlitigation.
    5. 5.NegotiationSkills:Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients strivingfor optimaloutcomes.
    6. 6.Collaboration:Work collaboratively with other legal professionals and supportstaff within thefirm.
    7. 7.Documentation:Maintain accurate and uptodate case files anddocumentation.

    Qualifications:

    1. 1.Experience:Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Housing Disrepair Litigatorin a volumebackground.
    2. 2.LegalQualification:Qualified solicitor with relevant legalqualifications.
    3. 3.AdvocacySkills:Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills with a proven trackrecord of successfuloutcomes.
    4. 4.OrganizationalSkills:Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills to effectivelyhandle a busycaseload.
    5. 5.TeamPlayer:Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to theoverall success of thefirm.
    6. 6.Communication:Clear and concise communication skills both written andverbal.
