Are you a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills then this job is for you. You will be leading a team of stop smoking advisors in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
About the Role
There are two posts available for this job. The aim of the post is to support the stop smoking operations manager by direct line managing, mentoring and training stop smoking advisors. You will have key focus around quality assurance and delivery of work by stop smoking advisors and ensuring appropriate action is taken by staff in respect to referrals, stop smoking interventions and advice given. The postholder will be expected to hold a caseload and deliver advice and support as required by the service and assisting the management team as required with planning for business development and changes, performance data, assistance with publicity and training events.
A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
