Ideally looking for candidates with prior experience of working within a community role however this is not essential. The post will include you carrying out comprehensive mental health assessments as well as liaising with the MDT. This is a 3-6 month contract with potential extension opportunitiesHave a working knowledge of the care programme approach
This is a full time position, hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for 37.00 per hour to £25.
