- Performyour role offshore as directed by the Supervisor / Superintendent swell as using your initiative and leading more junior teammembers.
- Report to offshoremanagement during the course of offshorework.
- Ensure uptime of Subsea Roboticequipment is maximised by ensuring a high. standard of maintenanceand checks for all Subsea Robotic equipment andsystems.
- Ensure records logs anddocumentation are kept up to date and are of a highquality.
- Manage the work of the morejunior members of the team offshore and distribute tasksappropriately.
- Compile / Lead toolboxtalks and risk assessments.
- Leadtechnical problem solving.
- EnsureHSEQ standards are met or exceeded in alloperations.
