    Exclusive Private Members' Club

    • £34,000 - £35,000 per annum
    • Monday to Friday schedule
    • Overtime paid at double rate
    • 39-hour contract
    • 8% pension contribution
    • 10 days off during Christmas

    Our client, a renowned Private Members' Club in London, is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join their team. You will work alongside 10 other chefs in a kitchen undergoing extensive refurbishment.

    The Club operates on a non-profit basis, reinvesting profits to enhance working conditions and member satisfaction.

    Responsibilities include preparing meals for a bustling restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events for up to 120 guests. The cuisine is a fusion of classical and modern European styles, emphasizing premium ingredients.

    The ideal candidate should demonstrate a history of excellence in service, preferably in luxury hospitality settings like 5-star hotels or upscale restaurants. This role primarily entails weekday shifts with occasional weekend work compensated at double pay.
