    We currently have a number of excitingroles within our Resources and Transformation directorate at Salford CityCouncil, playing a key role in shaping the future of the council and how wedeliver services to our residents.

    You will have relevant experience in:
    Service design and implementation
    Digital Transformation

    Reporting into an OD and Culture Change Lead you willplay a key role in the successful delivery of a programme of key strategicprojects and transformation required to develop the organisation and itspeople.

    Drive innovation and the case forchange across our services and organisation
    Collaborate across theorganisation to ensure people understand innovation and change to co-design improved new and existing services
    Ensure user experience (staff andresident voice) are integral to the design of good services
    Ensure digitalsolutions are enablers to design the support experience, quality, efficiencyand simplify services for users and colleagues

    Be creativeabout how we help shape the organisation, ensuring the organisation stays atthe forefront of innovative design and delivery, making a real difference tothe experience of those who use our services.

    We will be holdinga virtual Meet the Team event on Tuesday 7 May at 5pm BST . Deadline for applications is Sunday 12 May,11:59pm.
