    Description

    Working in a great team, benefits include good rates of pay, gratuities tronc for all staff, 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) pro rata, pension scheme, overtime opportunities, use of the hotel facilities (off peak), discounts on stays, food and wine.

    The Kitchen
    team take great pride in guest experiences, so you would need to keen team
    player to be successful in this role.

    No experience required as full training will be provided.

    As a kitchen
    Porter your focus will be to work together with the kitchen to provide an
    outstanding catering experience.

    Role of a Kitchen Porter:

    ·
    Maintaining
    the highest standards of cleanliness

    ·
    Washing
    of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils from service & preparation
    periods

    ·
    Cleaning
    of the fridges, hot cupboards, high- & low-level shelving, food preparation
    areas, cupboards & trolleys

    ·
    Disposing
    of all rubbish, food waste & recyclable materials

    Experience
    / Skills of a Kitchen Assistant:

    ·
    Motivated with a strong work ethic

    ·
    Works well under pressure

    ·
    Be
    punctual and reliable

    ·
    Have
    good organisational skills

    ·
    Be
    friendly and approachable

    ·
    Work whilst working in a face-paced environment.

    Working
    Hours:

    Full-time
    and Part-time positions covering early, late, and mid shifts.
