    Hours: 24 hours per week term time only plus 5 INSET days

    The key role of the technician is to ensure that the departmental resources are appropriately maintained and will involve the following:

  • Preparation, assembling and modifying apparatus and equipment.
  • Assisting in practical classes & carrying out demonstrations
  • Ensuring Health & Safety standards are upheld.
  • Organising, storing, and checking the condition of art material, including checking, and returning equipment to stores.
