The Role – Project Manager

Sector – Construction – Restaurants

Location – London

Salary - £55,000 to £65,000 DOE + Bonus + Excellent Benefits – 30 days holiday

I am working with a fantastic restaurant group to find them a passionate Project Manager. This is a new role to support their growth trajectory as they open new sites and also to oversee refurbishment projects of their existing estate.

This group do things brilliantly Across the board they are a high-scoring bunch, from sustainability to quality produce, everything is considered and delivered with love and care.

So – to be their Project Manager, here's what you need in your locker:-

Experience of restaurant construction projects. Both for new openings and refit / refurb.
budget and cost control skills - Ability to write CAPEX budget plans and continually monitor and report on cost throughout the project.
high standards – Quality results every time – On time
managing consultants, contractors and suppliers – Tendering, negotiating and cracking the whip.
that the planning, management, and monitoring of the project are compliant with the relevant requirements for Health and Safety, Building Regulations, and Fire Safety.
the requisite planning, licensing, and landlord consents through liaison with the relevant stakeholders. Also, secure Listed Building Consent when required.
a true team player, collaborating with teams across Property, Operations, Marketing, Openings, Finance etc.

While having fun and enjoying your job is hugely encouraged, you'll need a serious side too. You will be responsible for understanding and fulfilling the role of the Duty Holder under the Building Safety Act and ensure that all work carried out is in accordance with the new competency requirements imposed by the British Standards Institution (BSI).
