    Description

    Programme / Project Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end project management for a SaaS implementation and project workstreams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, testers, and stakeholders to drive project success
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders
    • Work with the product owner and delivery team to help, define and prioritise use cases and stories for features based on stakeholder feedback and business goals
    • Work closely with the BA and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translate them into user stories, and maintain the project and product backlog
    • Drive product development and iteration cycles, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and delivers business value

    The Project Manager will work closely with the internal and external teams to deliver the project in support of the digital transformation programme, leveraging said agile methodologies along with product knowledge fundamentals:

    • Prioritise stakeholder requirements and align them with product goals
    • Understand business needs to guide project decisions and enhance client experience
    • Implement agile practices like backlog management and iterative development
    • Effectively convey project and product vision, priorities, and progress to all stakeholders
    • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project delivery and development lifecycle
    • Follow and implement metrics for success and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to align product vision with business objectives, secure resources, and chair weekly status and steering committee calls

    Engagement activities will require the candidate to demonstrate:

    • Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, Dynamics CRM, Power Platform and Automate is essential with working experience of previous delivery of D365 solutions
    • Experience across SaaS based solutions (web/mobile) delivery, with an understanding of customer portals, customer experience and end-end delivery from discovery to go-live
    • Deep understanding of data migration activities to seamlessly transition data to new platforms while leveraging analytics tools to derive insights and drive informed decision-making

    Qualifications & Experience

    As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful implementation and delivery. You'll leverage your expertise and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure project objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and drive project success.

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. Prince2, PMP or PMBOK certification would be advantageous
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, adept at conveying project objectives, progress, and risks to stakeholders using tools like Microsoft Project, Power BI, Dev-Ops
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritising and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
    • The ability to quickly identify and address challenges while managing competing priorities is essential for success in dynamic project environments
    • Proven project management experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and in scope, adept in agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
    • Strong financial acumen and budgetary control skills, proficient in developing and managing project budgets
