    About The Role

    Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge within a growing organisation that makes a real difference to people's lives? If so, we want to hear from you.

    As an Administrator in our Workplace and Facilities Management team, you will provide an efficient and professional front of house service delivery to colleagues and visitors to the organisation - putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.

    You will also provide hands-on operational assistance to the Workplace and Facilities team as well as administrative services to the wider Facilities team. It is a busy, but super friendly environment, based in our Exeter office.

    This role is being offered on a part time, permanent basis, working 21.25 hours a week as part of a job share. This role will be based in our Exeter office.

    The working pattern for this position is: Monday to Friday from 12:45pm - 5pm.

    About The Candidate

    To be a successful Administrator you will be/have:
    • Good level of knowledge and experience of MS office systems.
    • Previous experience in reception/administration role.
    • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written, with ability to liaise with a wide range of customers.
    • Demonstrable commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service.
    • Team player.
    • Manual handling skills.
    • Fire Safety. (D)
    • First Aid. (D)
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills to effectively prioritise workstreams.
    • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
