    Description

    As a Senior Consulting Analyst, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive finance consulting and industry experience.

    You will help our clients solve complex business problems from strategy through to execution working across our service offerings.

    Your expertise will contribute to the delivery of high-impact consulting and implementation services ensuring client satisfaction and business growth for our global portfolio of private and listed small, mid, and large cap companies including many well-known FTSE 100, Fortune 500, and Fortune 1,000 clients.

    Develop an expert understanding of Workiva, Kyriba, OneStream, Coupa or BlackLine (or similar digital finance technologies) across various modules including implementation.

    The ability to discuss digital finance technology and process in detail with seamless transition between the two.
    Assist in developing and leading executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people.

    Work alongside cross functional teams and execute multiple project management activities including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications.

    Assist clients in implementing recommended changes, providing guidance and support throughout the transformation process.
    Consistently follow all firm policies and guidance for project delivery, sales, and internal operations.
    Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant-related field of study
    ~3+ years of finance consulting and/or implementation experience in one of the following (Blackline, Workiva, OneStream, Kyriba, Coupa or similar) is required.
    ~ Understanding of project methodologies & techniques is preferred.
    ~ Proven track record in practice growth responsible for revenue and margin targets associated with technology implementation and finance transformation projects.
    ~ clearly convey complex business concepts to executive audience free of grammatical errors, incorporating leading practices for business writing.
    ~ Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications.
    ~ Be able to develop and lead executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people.
    ~ Willingness and ability to travel.
