- Lead the coordination of technicians in the production of CAD drawings and 3D models, ensuring high-quality documentation and visualization of projects.
- Drive the development of designs to fully comply with Building Regulations, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of safety and sustainability.
- Oversee the development of detailed specifications for materials and workmanship, contributing to the creation of durable and aesthetically pleasing architecture.
- Utilize and demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard CAE tools including Autocad, Revit, Sketch-up, or similar, to bring innovative design concepts to life.
- A minimum of seven years of post-qualification experience in the architecture field, showcasing a track record of successful project completion and leadership.
- Strong design and communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively to both team members and clients.
- A passion for high-quality architecture, with a focus on detail-oriented and ambitious projects.
- Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, Sketch-up, or similar CAE tools. While prior experience in Revit is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.
- A Master's Degree in Architecture (MArch) or Diploma in Architecture (DipArch) recognized by RIBA Pt 2, or an equivalent qualification.
