- Organising diaries – managing diaries of Executive Team ensuring prioritisation of important tasks and realistic scheduling; organise internal and external meetings; arrange and book travel and accommodation.
- Business Development - provide client briefs and presentations for business development meetings.
- People & Culture – assist with recruitment and people and culture; deal with confidential and sensitive reports and information; update Company Handbook and HR policies; provide Orientation and Buddy Support for new starters.
- Reporting – prepare weekly and monthly reports and presentations on SRE Company KPIs
- Reception – support Office Manager as second point of contact when answering main phone and dealing with enquiries; welcome clients and visitors
- Events – arrange catering, accommodation, transportation etc. for events and conferences.
- Hospitality - organize company functions such as lunches, training, client events.
