    Executive Support Team Leader

    Tower Hamlets

    £32 per hour (umbrella)

    Full Time Contract ( 4 months )

    Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Executive Support Team Leader in Tower Hamlets. This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours.

    The job:

    • To be responsible for providing responsive, high quality, professional and timely executive support to an individual and for ensuring the Executive Support Team operates efficiently and effectively in a highly pressured environment.
    • Responsibility for all aspects of the smooth running of meetings, from effective forward planning to attending in person to take minutes
    • To liaise with residents and stakeholders on behalf of the organisation
    • To manage meetings with potential developers, working with planning officers to ensure proper process is followed at all times
    • To work in the office five days a week

    The candidate:

    • Previous experience in a similar role within the public sector is essential
    • Previous experience supervising others is desirable
    • A strong PA background and detailed knowledge of office procedures is essential
    • Proficiency in MS Office is essential
