    Integrated Services is our internal business that supports our firm's growth, through connecting people, streamlining processes and using technology to simplify the user experience and make it easier for all our people to focus their energy on what is important.

    We're looking for an enthusiastic and aspiring individual to join our Account Executive team as a Team Leader to focus on providing support to the daily running of the Account Executive team. You will act as a point of contact for team queries or issues working with the I&WS & Sales Delivery Manager to ensure continuous improvement, team development and a consistent team approach.

    You will be reporting directly to the I&WS & Sales Delivery Manager, the role will comprise of a core set of responsibilities in addition to the current Account Executive role (further details of the Account Executive role can be found under core responsibilities below).

    As part of the role you will be supporting the I&WS & Sales Delivery Manager to deliver upon our key Account Executive services ensuring they meet the dynamically changing needs of the business and aspirations of our people.

    Whilst not an exhaustive list, the responsibilities for the role will include:

    Absence and Resource Cover

    Acting as the point of contact for absence i.e. holiday requests, reporting sickness, medical appointments, emergencies etc. To have a flexible/sensitive common sense approach to staff and workload co-ordination. Ensuring appropriate short term cover is in place and team holiday calendars are updated.

    Communicating with the I&WS & Sales Delivery Manager to agree return to work discussions, checking on wellbeing and appropriate escalation to I&WS & Sales Delivery Manager. Ensuring resource concerns and/or exceptional circumstances are flagged to the I&WS & Sales Delivery Manager.

    Understanding and working with the I&WS & Sales Delivery Manager on maternity leave/long term absence to ensure the agreed contacts and processes are followed to support the individual and the business.

    Resourcing - Supporting resource requirements and overseeing daily account management work requests. Being confident and able to have conversations with stakeholders and Account Executives about any work requirements. Lead point of contact for ad-hoc work requests, driving forward any identified process improvements.

    Recruitment & New Joiners - Must be RIC trained to undertake interviews. Working with the team to organise and ensure success of Account Executive induction and taking responsibility to continue the training plan and continuous development.

    Meetings & Communication - Taking the lead to chair meetings and keeping up the momentum towards achieving the Business Unit and firm's goals. To have the ability to communicate well within a team environment and to stakeholders, actively sharing information and knowledge, promoting and embracing change. Reporting key highlights/issues back to the I&WS & Sales Delivery Manager.

    Training & Development - Knowing the team's goals and requirements and being a technical enabler at the forefront of finding efficiencies to deliver business goals. Sound knowledge of current systems demonstrating the ability to develop yourself and the team's skills with future technology and systems changes as they materialise.

    Objective/Goal Setting Support - Attend goal setting meetings with the Account Executives and the I&WS & Sales Delivery Manager. Support the Account Executives with being prepared for the meeting by offering thought through and connected suggestions.

    Performance Review Support - Mid Year Review Meetings - Attend mid year review meetings with the Account Executives and the I&WS & Sales Delivery Manager, providing follow up summaries to ensure all actions are shared and aspirations and agility are discussed and documented.

    End of Year Review Meetings - Supporting the I&WS & Sales Delivery Manager by being the point of contact for the team ensuring they are adequately prepared for their EOY conversation. Ensuring you have brought efficiency for smooth running review meetings. To sit in on the team's reviews with the I&WS & Sales Delivery Manager and being able to provide (where required) sole support reviews. Providing written summaries of the review meeting to support the I&WS & Sales Delivery Manager to be moderation ready. Further support to your I&WS & Sales Delivery Manager to agree involvement with stakeholder management where required.

    Ad-Hoc Support - Escalating any unresolved issues or concerns to the I&WS & Sales Delivery Manager. Participation in One Firm and Integrated Services initiatives.

    Core responsibilities of an Account Executive:

    • Supporting the Account Manager with a broad range of client administration duties.
    • Support to major proposals processes including gathering of key material and reviewing proposal documents and helping the team to manage timelines.
    • Production of finance (GFS) reports for the team and tailoring of MI for the account team. Analyse data, highlight and explain areas of concern as applicable.
    • Creation and maintenance of relationship maps, org charts of our client's key people.
    • Account planning workshop support including preparation of agendas, logistics, actions/minutes, preparation of slide decks and on the day support.
    • Maintain pipeline /opportunity tracker.
    • CRM (Salesforce) management / maintenance / reporting.
    • Assisting with supplier questionnaires.
    • Working with other teams across Integrated Services to focus on continual improvement.

    Team Leader Requirements:

    • Exercises confidentiality and discretion at all times.
    • A true team player who is willing to work hard to build strong and productive relationships at all levels within the Business Unit, Line of Service and wider firm.
    • Maintain a good knowledge of the LoS and BU to facilitate effective resource planning.
    • Ability to identify potential risks and escalate as appropriate.
    • Staying connected and keeping the I&WS & Sales Manager aware of potential issues in the wider business.

    Additional Account Executive requirements:

    • The ability to quickly build and maintain trusted and professional stakeholder relationships, remotely or in person.
    • Confidence and ability to interact at all levels.
    • Experience dealing with clients and providing high levels of customer service.
    • The experience to confidently manage and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines, whilst always maintaining an exceptional quality of work and high levels of attention to detail.
    • Act as a strong team player by supporting colleagues, actively sharing your knowledge and expertise.
    • Having an agile and open mind about adopting emerging technology.
    • Spot opportunities to provide technology solutions to add value and efficiency to the customer experience, and improve our processes.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, organisational and time management skills.
    • Project management experience in a professional environment.
    • Regular and proficient use of MS Office and Google.
    • Good communication and listening skills to ensure that tasks are clearly understood and any queries to or from the client team are efficiently dealt with.
    • Ability to work as part of a team.
