    Job Overview: Content Creation Manager will lead the development of impactful content across video, webinars, and coaching sessions. They play a pivotal role in staying abreast of current trends in mindset, sales, and leadership content, ensuring that all materials align with the JF Growth brand. This role involves crafting engaging 1:1 coaching sessions, group webinars, and implementing strategies to track ROI through coaching, follow-up, and feedback templates.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Content Design and Development:
    • Conceptualize and create compelling content for video, webinars, and coaching sessions that align with the JF Growth brand.
    • Ensure consistency and alignment with the latest trends in mindset, sales, and leadership content.
    1. Coaching Session Innovation:
    • Design impactful and personalized 1:1 coaching sessions that resonate with individual client needs and objectives.
    • Integrate industry best practices and innovative approaches into coaching content.
    1. Webinar Excellence:
    • Develop and lead group webinars that engage participants and provide valuable insights.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance the effectiveness of webinar content.
    1. Brand Alignment:
    • Maintain a keen understanding of the JF Growth brand and infuse it into all aspects of content creation.
    • Ensure brand consistency and recognition across various content formats.
    1. ROI Tracking:
    • Create coaching, follow-up, and feedback templates to systematically track and measure the ROI of coaching sessions.
    • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    1. Content Expansion:
    • Innovate and introduce new content ideas to expand the JF Growth brand offering.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate diverse perspectives and expertise into content development.
