- Set up and maintain the dance and drama area for children
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment following policies
- Supervise children actively throughout the day
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate dance and drama activities
- Encourage maximum participation
- Ensure safe equipment use
- Collaborate with other staff members
- Deliver 'Dance Fusion' Skills Builder course
- Possibility of job sharing with other Instructors
- Take charge of general welfare and safeguarding
- Experience in dance and drama
- Minimum age: 18
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Positive, organized, and communicative
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Completion of Online Training annually
- Attend Induction Training Day
- Compliance with child protection policies
- Assist with camp pack up
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance
- Organize appropriate activities within qualifications
- Encourage participation in the activity program
- Supervise children's safety and behaviour
- Follow camp systems and guidelines
- Be a positive role model promoting healthy practices
- Report Child Protection concerns
- Accommodate children with additional needs
- Possible delivery of Skills Builder sessions
- Support swimming sessions when needed
- Perform additional tasks as necessary
