    TheRole

    An exciting role has beenmade available for a Field Account Manager to join our team tomanage and develop a number of our current accounts.

    As Castore continues to develop our productrange in line with some of the worlds leading athletes you will beresponsible for developing our growing business with our Keyaccounts across our Mainline and Teamwearcategories.

    As a key member of the UK WholesaleTeam you will assume a lead role in our relationship with internalfunctions such as our product and marketing teams helping drive thecustomer needs that will help us deliver against our ambitiousgrowthplan.

    Responsibilities

    Responsiblefor managing the business relationship with our wholesalepartners.

    Responsible for delivering multicategory account plans ensuring that Castore is positioned todeliver growth aligned to category strategy.

    Support our internal product teams by analysingand utilising data and insight to help inform and drive strategyand future opportunities.

    Provide internalfunctions with regular brand and retailer performance reportsbringing the voice of the customer into thebusiness.

    Total ownership for building forwardorders and ensuring stock is delivered on time and in full alignedto the category or product launchcalendar.

    Skills&Qualities

    EssentialKnowledge and Experience:

    Experienceworking as an Account Manager or comparable role in a forward orderprocess business with a proven record ofachievement.

    Experience of working in a B2Benvironment managing a business process with Retailers BrandPartners Distributors and or SalesAgents.

    Ability to work crossfunctionallyliaising with peer groups across the business to drive efficienciesand results.

    A passion for Sports with anunderstanding of our key categories; Motor Sports Training FootballGolf Tennis.

    Working within strict deadlines andable to be adaptive to changes.

    Comfortable in afastpaced and everchanging businessenvironment.

    Excellent planning and organisationskills.

    Flexible approach and willingness tofurther learn & adapt in a fast pace growingbusiness.
