    LVG Recruitment is looking to find their next Trainee Recruitment Consultant. They are a dynamic and innovative recruitment agency based in the heart of London. They specialise in connecting cloud and infrastructure talent with leading partners across the UK & Europe and the USA.

    Overview:

    As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for their clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. You must be proactive at seeking out new business opportunities, happy to get on the phones and you are a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates within your niche.
    • Conduct phone, video and face to face interviews with candidates.
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic guidance.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
