Product Manager, Reporting - United Kingdom - Sports Technology Awards Group

    Default job background
    Description

    Company Overview:

Cohere Health is illuminating healthcare for patients, their doctors, and all those who are important in a patient's healthcare experience, both in and out of the doctors office.

Founded in August, 2019, we are obsessed with eliminating wasteful friction patients and doctors experience in areas that have nothing to do with health and treatment, particularly for diagnoses that require expensive procedures or medications.

To that end, we build software that is expressly designed to ensure the appropriate plan of care is understood and expeditiously approved, so that patients and doctors can focus on health, rather than payment or administrative hassles.

    Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking a Product Manager to serve as Product Lead for Cohere's nascent Business Intelligence product team.

This role will be responsible for collaborating with business and clinical stakeholders to set and execute on a product strategy for the BI team.

This role requires you to have a deep understanding of BI technologies, market trends, and customer needs, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

    Last but not least:

People who succeed here are empathetic teammates who are candid, kind, caring, and embody our core values and principles.

We believe that diverse, inclusive teams make the most impactful work. Cohere is deeply invested in ensuring that we have a supportive, growth-oriented environment that works for everyone.

    What you will do:

Serve as Product Lead for Cohere's nascent Business Intelligence product team, to drive value for Cohere's business and clients through reporting.

Gain a deep understanding of Cohere's business and stakeholders (health plans, providers, patients) to inform your product strategy and vision.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and customer support to define the roadmap, prioritize features, and deliver innovative BI products that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Collaborate with design and UX teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and data visualizations that enable users to extract insights and make informed decisions.

Champion a customer-centric approach to product design and development.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales collateral. Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to internal teams and external customers as needed.

    Your background & requirements:

Proven experience (3 years) as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in the healthcare domain, with at least 2 years of experience focused on business intelligence, data analytics, or related technologies.

Deep understanding of BI concepts, tools, and technologies (e.g., data warehousing, ETL, reporting, dashboards, data visualization, predictive analytics).
Demonstrated experimentation mindset and data-informed decision-making
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into actionable insights and strategies.
A track record of bringing new products or capabilities to market and ensuring /tracking adoption.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).

    Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
Knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics techniques.
Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing Certified).
Experience with data governance, security, and compliance requirements (e.g., NCQA, HIPAA).

We can't wait to learn more about you and meet you at Cohere Health Equal Opportunity Statement:
Cohere Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to fostering an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all. To us, it's personal.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus.

In accordance with state applicable laws, Cohere is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.

Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and internal alignment.
