- Lead and manage all aspects of the construction site, including groundworks, civils, and road works.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and schedules.
- Monitor progress against established milestones and proactively identify and address any issues or delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that work meets the required standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on the construction site.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met.
- Proven experience as a Civils Foreman on construction projects, with specific experience in groundworks, civils, and road works.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Valid CSCS card and relevant certifications.

Role Overview:
