    About the Role:

    We are seeking an Artworker to join a passionate creative team. You will report to the Director of Creative Services and will form part of the Creative team.

    You'll be joining the highly talented in-house creative team, producing creative for 360 campaigns as well as reimagining creative from existing brands. On new campaigns, you'll work on designing fully integrated materials across a range of formats and channels. In your day-to-day duties, you'll be generating ideas and managing rollout for our clients.

    Requirements

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Executing original and best in class design across all static, video and digital content.
    • Assisting with visualization, creative development, execution and delivering of creative concepts.
    • Working with the Art Directors and Brand Directors to establish and define each brand with clear vision and guardrails.
    • Working with the digital team in creating eblasts and programmatic ads.
    • Partnering with other creatives to meet fast paced timelines.
    • Integrating specific projects with overall brand standards and style guidelines.
    • Maintaining acute attention to craft and detail.

    Your Skills/Qualifications:

    • Position requires related experience at a traditional agency or similar experience in a brand creative studio.
    • Digital-mobile-first mindset and innovative approach.
    • Experience working against global guidelines.
    • Good interpersonal skills are required, team play mentality.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and can adapt changing priorities and creative approach.
    • Flexible and multi-functional to handle ever changing priorities.
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma and similar.
    • Experience with HTML and Mailchimp a plus
