    You'll be supporting our company objective to be the fastest growing benefits platform, through driving new partnership agreements and management of our broker partner network.

    As Broker Partnerships Manager you will be accountable for building and managing our broker network with a focus on increasing our intermediated revenue through referrals.

    Identify top brokers in the UK and Globally to formalise partnerships with, engage, pitch the value of the Ben platform and form commercial agreements
    Leading the broker partnership sales process to meet partnership revenue target including: both inbound and outbound lead generation, negotiation of commercial partnerships, introductory commission agreements and defining SLAs
    Analyse utilisation and spend data within the platform to drive negotiations with our partners and improve ROI for our customers
    Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
    Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, in a fast-paced environment - you'll be working across different departments to help ensure that customers have the best experience
    Extremely organised and able to prioritise in line with demand and business objectives
