    Reporting to Global Cloud Head , as the Project Lead, Cloud Services, you will be responsible managing and delivering complex cloud projects, leading cross-functional engagements, and driving the adoption of Agile practices with the Enterprise Cloud Services team.

    Lead and manage cloud-based projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
    Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

    Ensure the team adheres to Agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use.

    Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
    Coach team members in Agile frameworks and inspire them to innovate and develop new solutions.

    Continuously assess the Agile maturity of the team and organization and coach them to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.

    The flexibility to work independently and as part of a broader team – you thrive in a team environment, are comfortable working independently, and know how to get things done in a virtual environment.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in a cloud environment.
    Strong background in Cloud technologies, Project Management, and Agile methodologies
    Proven experience in managing projects using Agile methodologies.
    AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).


    Assets:
    ~ Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
