Spearhead the Process Design with a particular focus on welding operations, enhancing efficiency and quality within the automotive sector.

Conduct in-depth studies and evaluations of tools and equipment tailored for automotive welding processes, ensuring they meet industry standards. Oversee the setup, installation, and fine-tuning of welding equipment as part of the manufacturing process. Manage the commissioning, tryout, and operational phases of welding activities, ensuring seamless integration into overall manufacturing. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, focusing on the impact of welding processes and promoting sustainable practices. Supervise the reliability, maintenance, and ramp-up of welding operations, aiming for optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.

At least 10 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry, with a strong emphasis on welding.

Proven ability to oversee complex site operations involving high-tech welding processes and equipment. Deep understanding of environmental impacts related to the automotive welding sector and strategies for mitigation. Demonstrated leadership skills with the capability to drive team performance and productivity in a demanding industrial environment.
