Join the team as an Associate within the Accounts & Outsourcing Department, and become an integral part of a company that prides itself on delivering top-tier financial solutions.
Reporting to the Senior Business Accounts Manager, your role will involve a spectrum of responsibilities, from managing cloud-based bookkeeping for a diverse clientele to the preparation and submission of VAT returns.
The successful candidate will be adept in the proficient use of cloud systems, with a flair for imparting knowledge and support to clients both on-site and remotely.
Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you scrutinise client transactions, particularly with bank and cash operations.
Bank reconciliations and client communication are also key facets of this role, ensuring that all financial records are precise and comprehensive.
Your responsibilities will extend to providing exceptional bookkeeping services, completing VAT returns, and maintaining accurate time records for billing purposes.
Proficiency in cloud systems such as Dext, Xero, and Quickbooks is essential, as is the ability to train clients in their use and handle system-related queries with confidence.
While the focus is on outsourced bookkeeping, you may occasionally assist with statutory accounts preparation, offering a chance to diversify your experience.
